Something tells me that the hardest bosses here would be Airman (partially for the meme and because he can just blow the player away while still attacking with the Air Shooter), Crashman (iirc, his version of the Crash Bomb had a large blast radius), Woodman (because of Leaf Shield) and Flashman (he can stop time). Of course, that's assuming we're going by River City Ransom mechanics.
